Hi Ming,
I am emailing you concerning an event the stadium has that will unfortunately effect your group's use of the stadium on the 8th of June. The event is the WA and International Fencing Tournament and is the last entire stadium event that we had to bring over from the Badminton Association of WA.
The Fencing Association of WA, similar to the Floorball Association previously, had made the booking with BAWA when they were running the stadium last year and hence we have needed to honour it.
We regret that this four day tournament, running from the Thursday (7th) through to Monday (11th), will mean that the 8th of June will not be available for the Balcatta Bears to train.
We apologise for any inconvenience this will cause your club.
