Mothers day!!
Sorry people I have 3 mothers to look after this Sunday and will not be attending training.
If anyone else wants to, I suggest 8am meet at the St John of God hospital carpark nearest to south st/Freeway corner.
A 35 min skate south along the freeway path is what I suggest (keeping it slow and together) with a more solid skate in return, seeing if you can go under 25min return, making a 1hr training session.
