Anyone interested in doing a bike path skate on a Sunday Morn?
My proposed time is 7:30 or 8:00
My proposed venue is meet at thet freeway end of the bike path along Roe Hwy (Max 18km of uninterupted good path making Max 36km return trip).
Altenative venues are open to suggestion.
Time is pretty well fixed as this is when the least traffic is on the bike paths
Post a reply and if the numbers are ther I will put this as my training session

Much prefer 8am. BTW, Kingsway netball court at 8.45 am Sunday was deserted.

Karawara had the advantage that you can bail out half way if it starts pouring. You can also also give it a quick clean if track is too messy. Perhaps we can alternate the venue a bit to break the monotony.

Anthony, The King family (at least some of them) would be interested in a distance skate on Sunday morning, and would probably prefer the run along the freeway rather that Karrawara (although there may not be many skaters and bikers to cause trouble that early on Sunday).
This might require a couple of groups or some other system to accomodate the less speedy or those that did not wish to do the full distance. David.
